Lynn C. Andrews II

Lynn C. Andrews II is the Founder, President, and Owner of Andrews Installation Group (AIG), bringing more than two decades of hands-on experience, leadership, and industry expertise to the commercial furniture installation and logistics industry.

Lynn's journey began in 2002 as a temporary furniture installation worker. Through hard work, determination, and a willingness to learn every aspect of the business, he earned a permanent position as an installer. His dedication and leadership abilities quickly propelled him into project management and eventually into the role of Operations Manager.

Over the years, Lynn developed a deep understanding of the industry, from working directly on installation crews to overseeing complex projects, managing teams, coordinating logistics, and building lasting client relationships.

In June 2019, after nearly 17 years in the industry, Lynn decided it was time to take a chance on himself. Armed with experience, determination, and a vision for doing things differently, he founded Andrews Installation Group entirely on his own, without business partners or outside assistance.

Less than a year after opening his doors, the COVID-19 pandemic brought unprecedented challenges to the commercial furniture industry. As businesses closed, offices emptied, and projects faced uncertainty, Lynn found himself navigating one of the most difficult economic periods in modern history while still building a young company.

Rather than giving up, he persevered. Through adaptability, determination, and an unwavering commitment to his clients, Lynn guided AIG through the pandemic and continued building the foundation for its future.

Today, Andrews Installation Group provides comprehensive commercial furniture installation, receiving, warehousing, delivery, and FF&E solutions throughout Arizona, while also supporting projects nationwide. Under Lynn's leadership, AIG has established itself as a dependable partner for furniture dealers, manufacturers, designers, and commercial clients.

What sets Lynn apart is that he has experienced virtually every level of the industry firsthand. From temporary laborer to installer, Project Manager, Operations Manager, and ultimately business owner, he understands what it takes to execute a successful project from beginning to end.

Despite his role as President and Owner, Lynn remains actively involved in the day-to-day operations of AIG. He takes pride in maintaining personal relationships with clients, supporting his team, and ensuring that every project reflects the standards on which he built the company.

For Lynn, success isn't measured solely by the growth of his business, but by the relationships he's built, the challenges he's overcome, and the reputation he's earned along the way.
