What is FF&E installation?
FF&E installation is the last phase of a commercial build or renovation. Furniture, fixtures, and equipment are received, inspected, delivered, assembled, and placed to the approved floor plan. Andrews Installation Group manages that whole sequence for hotels, resorts, offices, healthcare facilities, schools, restaurants, retail spaces, and multifamily communities.
FF&E is anything movable that makes a space work: desks, beds, lobby seating, restaurant tables, shelving, lighting, mirrors, artwork, TVs, and equipment racks. It is not part of the building structure. That is why it usually arrives late, from many vendors, on different dates, just when the schedule is tightest.
We built our FF&E service around that problem. One team follows each item from the loading dock to its final position, so nothing gets lost between the vendor, the warehouse, and the room.

We check in every shipment against the purchase order and your FF&E schedule. Damage, shortages, and wrong finishes get documented with photos while the freight claim window is still open. Fixing a problem at the dock costs far less than finding it in a guest room.
