Doing so will also minimize confusion (after all, you don’t want customers seeing different addresses listed on your website and your Google My Business account).
- Review Sites. This source is often overlooked. If you have an account on Yelp, Yellowpages, Angi (formerly known as Angie’s List), or any other review sites, you’ll want to make sure your address is updated there as well. Make sure customers can find you at the correct location
- United States Postal Service. To make sure your mail is being delivered to the correct address, be sure to update your location with the USPS.
- Return Address Labels. If you send out physical mail, you’ll want to make sure your return address labels have the correct address down. This will save you time and hassle down the road.
- Marketing Materials. It’s very likely that your old address will be featured on a variety of marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, booklets, pamphlets, pens, and more.
